A few weeks back the Escarpment website crashed. A hacker managed to wipe out the whole site and Google presented a blank white page when people visited. This was a crisis, we couldn't take any bookings and the business ground to a halt.

I couldn't contact my usual website developer and the only local website guy I trusted who might have been able to help was Damon. So I called and gave him the login details. He managed to find the issue and re-install the site all within about 10 minutes.

Crisis over and it was business as usual. I couldn't believe it. His methodical and practical knowledge was exemplary. Thanks Damon... you were brilliant.
